• Battery & Heat: Processing 4K video or large batches involves heavy math. It is normal for your device to get warm. We recommend plugging in your charger for long tasks.
• Unsupported Formats: While we support most formats (MP4, MKV, AVI, MOV, HEIC), some rare codecs might fail. If a conversion fails, try converting to MP4 first.
• Storage Space: Editing creates new copies of your files. Use the "Junk Cleanup" feature regularly to keep your storage healthy.

How to start

1. Say "Send this PDF to my laptop" (or open the Cross-Device Transfer tile in the tools drawer). EchoVita opens a dedicated WebView with Crosdrop.
2. On your other device, visit crosdrop.com (or scan the QR in the banner). Keep both screens awake on the same Wi‑Fi.
3. Use the on-screen share buttons to send files, drag & drop folders from desktop, or paste clipboard text between devices.
4. When the transfer completes, EchoVita shows an in-chat summary card with quick actions to open, share, or retry.

8. Sound Generation Studio

Our new Sound Generation screen (Tools → Sound Generator) produces hour-long white/pink/brown/blue/violet noise beds completely offline. Perfect for focus, sleep, tinnitus masking, or looping ambience behind ASMR posts.

How it works

• Pick a color of noise from the dropdown (white for balanced hiss, brown for low rumbles, blue/violet for crisp highs).
• Use the slider to set the duration from 10 minutes up to 2 hours. EchoVita builds a seamless, non-repeating WAV file.
• Tap Generate audio. The result is saved locally and appears in chat with share/open shortcuts.
• You can also ask in chat: "Play pink noise for 45 minutes" or "Generate 30 minutes of brown noise for sleep".
